Developer Release 4

The summary of what we are targeting to release are;

• adding lots of features in 5Dwm, gmemusage
• a new package structures,
• an installer and updater program
• libXt 1.0.8
• LibMesa 7.8.1
• SGI-Motif 2.3.1 gets really close to completion
• Introduction of SGI Desktop configuration panels (written in ViewKit 3.1)
